What do we do for our children? The PTA provides extra programs, supplies and activities the school would otherwise not have, such as: an extra $200 to every teacher, Bracher Bops, Santa Photos and Gifts, Assemblies, Yearbook, PTA Fun Day and 5th Grade Graduation Breakfast.
What do we do for Bracher?
Every year we donate a large amount of money to the school. For example: school signs, school benches, picnic tables and shadow boxes.
How do we raise money?
We raise money through various fundraisers during the year. For example: Cookie Dough and World’s Finest Chocolate.
How can I help? Come to the PTA Meetings. Make donations to the PTA. Support the above events.
How can I support the events? Volunteer to help out during the Bops, Bookstore, Santa Photos or PTA Fun Day. If time is an issue, you can donate goods or products that we ask for during the year. Look for special messages from us in the “Wednesday Word”.
How else can I help? Companies such as Cisco and Intel have a community service outreach program (i.e. matching hours or matching donations). Talk to your Human Resources Department for more information.
